Community Event Request Guidelines

Brookwood Church considers it a privilege to use the resources and facilities God has given us to meet the needs of our community. In an effort to balance being good servants to our community with being good stewards of our facility and human resources, the following guidelines apply to Community Events at Brookwood.

Types of Organizations Supported

  1. Schools.
  2. Law Enforcement.
  3. Agencies that support the helpless (Psalm 82:4).

*All groups must align with, promote or advance the values and beliefs of Brookwood church, and event requests must not be associated with fund raising or the sale of any products or services.


General Usage Times and Locations

Community usage is intended on a one-time or annual basis, utilizing a single room (listed below), and is based on availability.

Monday–Thursday • 8:30 am–9 pm

  • Auditorium.
  • Pod A, B, C, D or I.
  • South Campus.

Other Accommodations


All requests should be made through the Facilities Request Form–Schools and Law Enforcement and will be reviewed by the Director of Connections and Pastoral Staff. Any questions can be directed to Kristin Dawsey by email or calling 864.688.8282.
