Facility Event Requests

The Brookwood Church facilities are made available as an event venue for church members and attendees as well as Schools, Law Enforcement, and Agencies that support the helpless. Because we receive so many requests, we can only consider events that align with our Beliefs and Values, and aren't associated with the sales of any products or services.

Events For Members and Attendees


Single rooms can be reserved by members/attendees for a maximum of 5 hours based on availability for one-time events (not recurring meetings).

Facility Hours/Fees:

Sunday • 2–8 pm

Monday–Thursday • 8:30 am–9 pm

Friday • 8:30 am–5 pm • 5–9 pm*

Saturday* • 8:30 am–5 pm

*The following Saturdays are available:

  • 2023: February 25, March 18, May 20, June 10

*The following Friday Evenings are available:

  • 2023: February 3, March 3, May 5, July 7, August 4

Prices include Utilities and Housekeeping fees:

  • Auditorium $125
  • Pod/Chapel/Balcony Room $100
  • South Campus $115
  • Main Cafe $90

Friday Evenings and Saturday*

Prices include Utilities, Facility personnel and Housekeeping fees:

  • Auditorium $225
  • Pod/Chapel/Balcony Room $200
  • South Campus $215
  • Main Cafe $190

Community Events

We consider it a privilege to use the resources and facilities God has given us to meet the needs of our community. In an effort to balance being good servants to our community with being good stewards of our facility and human resources, the following guidelines apply to Community Events at Brookwood.

Types of Organizations Supported

  1. Schools
  2. Law Enforcement
  3. Agencies that support the helpless (Psalms 82:4).

All groups must align with, promote or advance the values and beliefs of Brookwood church, and event requests must not be associated with fund raising or the sale of any products or services.

General Usage Times and Locations

Community usage is intended on a one-time or annual basis, utilizing a single room (listed below), and is based on availability.

Monday–Thursday • 8:30 am–9 pm

  • Auditorium
  • Pod A, B, C, D, or I
  • South Campus
