Administrative Receptionist

PART-TIME • 18 hours per week
Sunday (8:30 am–12:30 pm), Monday–Wednesday (5:30–9 pm), Friday (8:30 am–12:30 pm)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
  • Ability to properly screen and manage guests in the church office. 
  • Good personal boundaries.
  • Ability to handle confidential material in an appropriate manner. 
  • Previous customer service experience a plus .

Facilities Specialist • Part-Time

29 hours per week
Monday–Thursday (4–9 pm), periodic Saturdays (special events), periodic Sundays (service coverage)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Previous experience in Basic Facility upkeep (Changing light bulbs in commercial fixtures, minor plumbing, and housekeeping as needed.)
  • Ability to be on feet (stand, walk, squat) for long periods of time.
  • Ability to safely lift 45lbs. repeatedly for short periods of time (ex. tables & chairs).
  • Prefer specific maintenance/facility skill or license – i.e. electrical, plumbing etc.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work under time guidelines.

Brookwood Preschool Academy • Toddler Teacher

Monday–Friday • 12:30–6 pm

JOB DESCRIPTION
