Care Ministries Administrative Assistant

Monday–Thursday (8:30 am–5:30 pm), Friday (8:30 am–12:30 pm), periodic evenings/weekends as needed.


  • Previous administrative assistant experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to minister to bereaved congregants in a sensitive manner
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-sensitive environment
  • Competency in the following tools to support job function:
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Outlook Web Access
    • Church databases such as Rock, Basecamp, and Planning Center (on the job training will be provided)

Infant Lead Teacher

Monday–Friday (8 am–5 pm)


  • Member or willing to become a member of Brookwood Church.
  • Have HSD (GED) and CDC and/or BA or equivalent.
  • Provide a loving, Christian, stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children .
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds .
  • Bend. Twist, sit on the floor, squat .
  • Plan and implement activities that build self-esteem, foster independence, and help children achieve developmental milestones .
  • Confidentiality of staff and child information .
  • Develop skills that work in our team environment .
  • Continue lifestyle choices that are both Godly and above reproach.
  • Willingly submit to accountability standards set by Brookwood Academy .
  • Obtain at least 15 CEU’S in early childhood education each year .

Childcare Provider

Thursday evenings, 5:45–9 pm (Additional hours available in the fall)


  • Previous babysitting and/or childcare experience (in a childcare setting) a plus.
  • Previous experience working with children a plus (coach, tutor etc.)
  • Ability to care for children in a classroom setting by playing and/or preparing an activity as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in loud, sometimes chaotic, environments 
  • Ages 16 and up are welcome to apply.

Brookwood Preschool Academy • Toddler Teacher

Monday–Friday • 12:30–6 pm


  • Seeking a nurturing and responsible employee.
  • Candidate must have a love for the Lord and a passion for children.
  •  Our employees are held to a high standard of ethical and moral conduct.
  • Must be able to work well with a team.
  • Previous experience, current DSS background check, central registry, health assessment and TB test preferred but not required.

Production/Worship Associate – Events

PART-TIME • 29 hours per week
(Monday–Thursday, morning and evening hours, occasional weekend hours for events)


  • Knowledge of the following tools to support production/worship efforts:
    • Internet and Outlook Web Access
    • Appropriate Macintosh-based software 
    • ProPresenter
    • Final Cut
    • Adobe Premiere
    • Vimeo
    • Mac and Windows platforms
    • Planning Center Online
    • DSLR’s and video camera operation
  • Collaborate with Worship/Production team to ensure high-end support primarily for Brookwood ministries events, community events, student events, church-wide ministry events, and other misc. church-wide production needs.
  • Setup and run many positions within the church such as but not limited to audio, video, lighting, etc.

Facilities Specialist

PART-TIME • 29 hours per week
Monday–Thursday (4–9 pm), periodic Saturdays (special events), periodic Sundays (service coverage)


  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Previous experience in Basic Facility upkeep (Changing light bulbs in commercial fixtures, minor plumbing, and housekeeping as needed.)
  • Ability to be on feet (stand, walk, squat) for long periods of time.
  • Ability to safely lift 45lbs. repeatedly for short periods of time (ex. tables & chairs).
  • Prefer specific maintenance/facility skill or license – i.e. electrical, plumbing etc.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work under time guidelines.

Student Ministry Production Associate

PART-TIME • 29 hours per week
Monday–Thursday, Sundays required, hours vary


  • Skilled in creating a fun environment for students
  • Advanced production knowledge with strong technical and computer skill
    • Experience with music related hardware and software
    • Experience with production hardware and software
    • Experience with theatrical stage and lighting
  • Experience/willingness to work with a team of audio and technical volunteers to include: recruitment, management, scheduling, training etc.
  • Sunday Mornings
    • Run tech for worship morning practices and services.
    • Lead and develop student volunteers in performing tech responsibilities with sound board, stage lighting, running slides, etc.
  • Volunteer and student development.
  • Production sets and maintenance.
  • Help plan and implement student events.
  • Meeting participation.
