Brookwood Preschool Academy • Toddler Teacher

Monday–Friday • 12:30–6 pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

BrookwoodKiDs Connection Manager 

FULL-TIME • 40 hours per week
Sunday through Thursday (periodic evening/weekends)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Minimum 2 years previous ministry experience.
  • Previous management experience – staff and volunteers.
  • Strong people coordination, delegation and motivational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multi task and problem solve.
  • Knowledge of technology and social media.

Childcare Worker

PART-TIME • 8–9 hours per week
Sunday (4–7 pm), Wednesday and Thursday evenings (5:45–8:30 pm), Wednesday morning (9:30 am–12 pm)

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Supervise the safety and well-being of children.
  • Maintain a clean environment for children.
  • Implement Bible story for each week and doa  craft with children (depending on age) .
  • Minimum age – 16.

Facilities Specialist 

PART-TIME • 29 hours per week
Monday–Thursday (4–9 pm), periodic Saturdays (special events), periodic Sundays (service coverage)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Previous experience in Basic Facility upkeep (Changing light bulbs in commercial fixtures, minor plumbing, and housekeeping as needed.)
  • Ability to be on feet (stand, walk, squat) for long periods of time.
  • Ability to safely lift 45lbs. repeatedly for short periods of time (ex. tables & chairs).
  • Prefer specific maintenance/facility skill or license – i.e. electrical, plumbing etc.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work under time guidelines.

Food Service Specialist

PART-TIME • 20 hours per week
Weekdays as needed with an occasional Sunday

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Previous food service experience preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to self-manage schedule based on Ministry needs.
  • Experience processing invoices, validating credit card transactions.

Production/Worship Sunday Associate

PART-TIME • Up to 29 hours per week
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (some evenings)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Works well in team environment.
  • Ability to move and lift heavy objects.
  • Not afraid of Heights.
  • Has worked in Live Production running audio
  • Knowledge of the following tools to support production/worship efforts :
    • Professional Audio Consoles
    • Internet and Outlook Web Access
    • Appropriate Macintosh based software 
    • ProPresenter
    • Mac and Windows platforms
    • Planning Center Online .
  • Collaborate with Worship/Production team to ensure high-end support primarily for Brookwood Sunday services and some occasional events during the week.
  • Setup and run many positions within the church such as but not limited to: Audio, video, lighting, etc. .

Serve Ministries Specialist

FULL-TIME • 40 hours per week
Sunday through Thursday (periodic evening/weekends)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s Degree or educational equivalent preferred.
  • Must have 2–3 years of Administrative experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas strongly preferred: event planning and execution, hospitality, management/supervisory experience.
  • Strong people coordination, delegation and motivational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent computer skills required: previous experience utilizing a database preferred.
