This class is a modified seated version of Meditation and Stretching. Learn how to relax and align your body, mind and spirit with God through various stretches and meditation in His Word. Even if you have physical limitations or can't get to the floor, this class makes stretching and strengthening possible through modified practices based on your health, mobility and current ability level. Brookwood has an awesome ministry that reaches out to families with special needs children. We have amazing volunteers who give the children the attention and care they need and deserve.
