Students in grades 9-12 and graduating seniors are invited to an afternoon of fun at Topgolf!

For students who will have completed grades 8–12 by June 5.

REGISTRATION

Cost is $10 and includes 2 hours of game play.
Registration is required.

STUDENT MINISTRY SUMMER FUN RELEASE FORM

A Release form is required for each student participating in at least one Summer Fun activity. You only need to complete one (1) waiver for all Summer Fun activities.
