Join Switch for an evening of fun games at our Field Day event! There will be multiple outdoor games to play so invite your friends to join!
- For students who will have completed grades 4–5 by June 4.

STUDENT MINISTRY SUMMER FUN RELEASE FORM
A Release form is required for each student participating in at least one Summer Fun activity. You only need to complete one (1) waiver for all Summer Fun activities.
You have the option to complete the waiver online or download and print:
