We will have troubles. Jesus confirms that in John 16:33…I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.

Healthy U Gatherings allow us to come together and explore complex and difficult topics. Find benefit in learning from the One who’s overcome the world, who understands that a Biblical perspective will help us find peace amidst life’s everyday issues.

Join us for a time of addressing common life stressors God’s way.

At some point we all struggle to understand others, or we may feel misunderstood. So join us to learn effective communication strategies and avoid common pitfalls that can get us into trouble.

Setting and keeping boundaries with others can be a struggle. No one wants to feel like the bad guy for having healthy boundaries. We’ll discover how to navigate through conflict and create healthy relational limits.

Anxiety and depression are two of the most common mental health issues today. Learn how to address the core factors of both and not just the symptoms.

We’re taught to forgive others as God has forgiven us. In this gathering time, discover how to overcome the common stumbling blocks to forgiveness and understand what’s needed to reconcile relationships.

We all get angry. But unaddressed anger can take root and impact our relationships. In this gathering time we’ll highlight the core issues behind anger and learn how to step out of angry relational patterns.

Loss spares no one. We have all lost loved ones, jobs, health and relationships. Join us to understand how to have a healthy journey through grief.

Some conflict is good. Differences of perspective are normal and can be healthy. But what do we do with unresolved conflict? Learn how to overcome common mindsets that keep us stuck in conflict.
