The Safe People Workshop is based on the book Safe People by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. The workshop teaches ways to make wise choices in relationships, from friendships to romances, avoid repeating mistakes and identifies why good people can get tangled in unhealthy relationships
