Details:

Big Bend Falls gets its name from the hairpin curve in the Chattooga River just above the falls, which cascade 15 feet over a tiered rocky slope, then another 15 feet over the largest single drop on this river.

Difficulty: Easy to moderate
Distance: 5.4 miles round trip
Meet at the Cherrydale Lowe's, 1900 Poinsettia Highway, at 7:30 am for prompt departure at 7:45 am.
