We understand you may be looking at Brookwood as a new church home or maybe it’s your first church. Whatever brings you here, we want you to be informed and comfortable when you arrive. Join us every second Sunday for the Welcome to Brookwood Reception between services in Pod I. Meet some of our pastors and staff, learn what we’re all about, and talk through all of your questions.
Baptism is a significant step in the life of a follower of Christ. It's a public declaration that reveals a prior, personal encounter with Jesus and the desire to surrender everything to Him. Baptism doesn't save a person, rather, it shows that a person has already been saved. It's a step of obedience that follows repentance of sin and faith in Christ's saving work. It's an outward expression of an inward reality— a visible sign of the invisible, amazing grace of God.
A sense of belonging is a human need just like the need for food and shelter. Belonging to a community can even improve your motivation, health and happiness. You have a place to belong at Brookwood. Being a member of Brookwood says I've been baptized, I want to be involved, experience transformed life, and call Brookwood my church home!
Embark on a journey into a deeper life with God. This intensive 7-week discipleship program will help you learn to hear God's voice clearer, grow in a meaningful relationship with Him, learn to be transparent with others, and gain a clearer picture of your role in God's Kingdom.
Grow in faith and build meaningful relationships with other Christians. At Brookwood, you'll find a variety of groups that meet different days and times during the week. Many Community Groups discuss Sunday's message using the weekly Discussion Guide, while others may study a book of the Bible or other topics relevant to life.
This one-day workshop will assist you in understanding how your personality, spiritual gifts, abilities and passions combined with your life experiences are uniquely woven together by God for a specific purpose.
Getting connected at a new church can cause apprehension, and we realize not everyone wants to start at the same place. So, if you're more comfortable getting your foot in the door by shooting hoops, serving in the community, or finding the right support group, check out our Events page for lots of other ways to connect at Brookwood.
